We act as an intermediary in the sale and rental of highly designed properties designed by registered architects. Experience the joy of living in a carefully designed space.

After listening to your requests, we will introduce you to properties that meet your needs.
We will find the best property to suit your needs, such as a property where you can keep pets, a high-rise apartment property over 100 m2, or a property near a park.

そこで次回ご面談いただく建築家を一緒に選ばせて頂きます。（原則１名）

2. 建築家とのご面談
気になる建築家の方とご面談頂きます(オンライン/オフライン)。弊社スタッフも同席致します。（原則１名）

3. 建築家からのご提案
建築家１名に絞って頂いた上で、その建築家からプラン提案をさせて頂きます。弊社スタッフも同席いたします。

4. 建築家との設計契約
この建築家にご依頼いただける場合は、建築家と「設計契約」を結んで頂き、より詳細なプラン作成に進みます。
この設計契約成約時に、ご紹介料として10万円＋消費税を弊社にお支払い頂きます。（弊社にて不動産仲介させて頂いた場合にはご紹介料は無料です）
※設計契約までのサポートとなります。設計契約以降のサポート等については別途お見積りとさせて頂きます。
